Privacy Policy for Reposita

Reposita is a mobile app that helps you remember where you stored items in your home, office, or other personal spaces. This privacy policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information Reposita handles
Reposita handles information that you choose to enter into the app, including:
- item names, categories, notes, and tags;
- storage place names, details, and nested location paths;
- item movement history within the app; and
- photos you choose to capture or select for stored items.
In the current release, this information is stored locally on your device.
2. Permissions and device access
Reposita may request access to the following device features only when you choose to use related functionality:
- Camera access, so you can take a photo of an item or its storage location.
- Photo library access, so you can attach an existing photo to an item.
Reposita does not access these features in the background.
3. How the information is used
Reposita uses the information handled by the app to:
- save and organize the items and places you create;
- show item details, location paths, and retrieval history; and
- display photos that you attach to your saved items.
4. Sharing and selling of data
In the current release, Reposita does not sell your personal data. It also does not share your data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties because the app does not use cloud sync, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or user account services.
5. Data storage, retention, and deletion
Reposita stores app data locally on your device. The developer does not receive or maintain a server-side copy of your items, places, notes, or photos in this release.
Your data remains on your device until you delete it within the app, remove the app from your device, or clear the app's local storage using your device settings.
6. Security
Reposita relies on your device's operating system protections and app sandboxing to help protect locally stored data. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, but the current release is designed to minimize exposure by keeping data on the device instead of transmitting it to the developer.
7. Children's privacy
Reposita is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated if Reposita changes its features, data practices, or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
